How to become a better reader in 21 days

21 days is exaclty you need to build a strong reading habit

A bookshelf fullfilled with books

Have you ever started reading a book and suddenly lost your pace, forgetting where you left off?

Even worse: you jumped to another book before finishing the current one. Did you know this happens to most book readers?

What you may not know is that this isn’t a problem, as long as you know how to alternate between different readings.

Readers who are only enthusiastic about reading, but don’t maintain a proper routine, tend to get lost in their reading and become frustrated. If this has happened to you, now is a good time to turn the page.

During these 3 weeks, all you need to do is practice these habits:

      - 20 minutes > 3 hours. Don't try to read for 3 hours a day. Even avid readers don't read that much. Start with 20 minutes.
      - Take advantage of "wasted time." Those minutes waiting to be served at the bank (do you still go to the bank?), inside the Uber on the way to work, etc.
      - Last but not least: exchange some of the scrolling time for some time with a book. This will change (save?) your life.
